Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

* Exceptions can be made for gift purchases, please see below for addition details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the return confirmation which will be emailed to you upon acceptance of your request. 

To start a return, please contact us Please begin your message with 'Return Request'. Please include your order number, and the item(s) you'd like to return, along with the method of refund you'd like to receive. Refunds can be made back to your original form of payment, or as a store credit. *Please note, refunds made back to original form of payment are subject to 3% re-stocking fee.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise stated. Upon acceptance of return request, a confirmation email will be sent with shipping label, shipping instructions, and estimated refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, gift cards, or any other items marked as final sale. This does not include made to order items unless otherwise noted.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

 We will notify you of your refund status once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be deposited to the method chosen in your return request. 

For store credit refunds, the full amount will be available immediately in your store account, this credit never expires.

If you chose to be refunded back to your original form of payment, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted to cover the cost of nonrefundable transaction fees. Please allow up to 10* business days for your refund to post to your account.

*Please note in some cases it can take more time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, please be patient. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

Gift Purchase

You may request a longer return window for gift purchases. Please contact us within 48 hours of placing an order to request a gift return window extension. Please begin your message with 'Gift Purchase Request' and include your order number, and the estimated date you plan to give your gift to the recipient. Should you make a request before placing your order, please also include the title and price of the piece(s) you would like to purchase as a gift. You will be sent a confirmation of the new return window with your approval.
