Shipping policy

At Jennifer Merchant Design, we are committed to delivering your unique jewelry pieces with the utmost care and attention to customer needs. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our process:

Processing Time

- All orders of in stock items are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

-All made to order items will be created and shipped within 3-6 weeks of order date unless otherwise stated at the time of order. 

*Please note that orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Free Standard Shipping: We are currently offering free standard shipping on all domestic orders as part of our launch celebration.

**Expedited shipping may be available upon request, please contact us to submit your request. Please include title and price of items you'd like to order, address to ship order, and the date you'd like the order delivered. 

Delivery times may vary based on your location: 

 - Domestic orders:

Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days for standard shipping

Expedited shipping times range from 2-3 business days for priority shipping, and 1-2 days priority express. 

Please note, guaranteed overnight service is not always available.

  - International Orders:

International orders can not be processed directly though the website at this time but can be made upon request. Please contact us to submit an international order request. Please begin the message 'International Order Request' and include the title and prices of the pieces you'd like to order, your shipping address, and any questions you may have. We will review your request and get back to you shortly. Shipping time and cost will be calculated upon acceptance of your request and be included in the order invoice. Invoice will include a payment link, once invoice is paid the order will be shipped and you'll be sent a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

**We are not currently able to include international orders in the free shipping promotion.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us to notify us of the issue. Please include the order number in your message to avoid delay. We will contact the carrier to resolve the issue and get your order delivered safely.

- If your jewelry arrives damaged, please reach out within **5 days** of delivery so we can best remedy the situation. You will be asked to submit photos of the damage to complete your request and facilitate a replacement or refund. Refunds for lost or damaged items are not subject to a restocking fee.
